Who has access to this artwork program?
All licensed Toyota dealers in North America and International markets have access to the dealer artwork program directly through StudioSelzler. These products are not currently offered to general consumers and the public, ensuring that the industry relationship between Toyota, its licensed dealers, and this studio is tight-knit.

Dealers are able to offer StudioSelzler's Toyota products to customers through their parts department, boutique/merchandise counter, or sales staff at dealerships. Email the studio to inquire about adding this capability to your dealership's product offerings.

How is the art created?

Stephen uses a combination of digital tools and physical media (paint, charcoal, pencil, marker, etc.) to create a combination of effects that capture the essence of Toyota's product offerings, artistic renditions of its branding standards, and various scenery that celebrate Toyota's heritage and prestige.

What lead times can I expect?

For existing artworks and designs available in the catalog, expect a 1-2 week printing lead time and 5-7 days shipping (North America, domestic). SEG "infinity frame" artwork panels ship typically within this lead time window, as well as loose/rolled poster art prints.

Specialty materials such as framed canvases, artwork framed and mounted under glass/plexiglass, wood cradles, metal art prints, and floating acrylic art prints typically ship within 2-3 weeks, depending on size and material availability.

Where is the studio located?
The StudioSelzler operation is based in Dallas, Texas (right down the road from Toyota's North American headquarters in Plano)— making for easy access to most markets in the continental US if/when a site visit is required.

Does StudioSelzler handle installation of products?

We offer installation services for an additional fee if/when it's required by the dealership. Most products are designed to be installed by a dealership's General Contractor, subcontractor during the finishout phase of a new build / renovation, or facility manager with little help required.

For products that require assembly prior to installation (SEG Infinity Frame panels, for instance), an assembly video is made available for a detailed, step-by-step guide to help guide installers or dealership staff. Contact the studio if you have any questions or concerns.

What happens if my product is damaged upon delivery to the dealership?

All product is warrantied by our logistics/freight partners against damage, and all printed artworks are guaranteed for print quality. If anything is damaged, simply document the damage and email the studio and we'll send a replacement ASAP.

How often are new products added to the catalog?
We routinely add a new batch of vehicle artwork and designs each quarter, all in an effort to make certain that there's a growing variety within the Toyota artwork catalog as well as staying current with new vehicles as they're released/updated.

Do you ship internationally?

Most products can be shipped internationally, and our shipping/printing partners can handle the duties/customs logistics. We're also partnering with a growing number of International fulfillment centers to print, manufacture, and deliver products of comparable quality to markets that need to reduce their duties liability for items originating from the United States.

Where are your products manufactured?

The studio relies on help from print partners located in Texas, Michigan, and Montreal (Canada). This is in addition to original artworks and bespoke projects made by hand in Stephen's studio on the outskirts of Dallas, Texas.
